Real Estate Management, Inc is a sister company of Build to Suit, Inc.  REM was started in 2006 in order to maintain and service the properties developed and constructed by Build to Suit, Inc.  The portfolio of Build to Suit, Inc. properties managed by REM includes industrial/warehouse, retail/restaurant and office/medical properties.
